Welcome to The Revenue Lab

You’re probably about to spend money fixing the wrong part of your marketing.

A woman with short, curly black hair, wearing glasses and a striped shirt, sitting on a yellow chair in a room. She is wearing ripped jeans and is engaged in conversation, with her hand raised and an expression suggesting she is speaking or explaining something.

Let’s fix that.

The truth is... maybe you need ads.

Maybe nobody understands what you’re selling & why they should care.

Maybe people are finding you and disappearing before they buy.

The real problem right now is, you’re still guessing what to fix.

Before you run the ads, rebuild the website (again), change the offer, hire someone, or start another content strategy, let’s make sure you’re solving the right problem.

You don’t need another marketing idea.

*

You don’t need another marketing idea. *

You probably don’t need another marketing idea.

You can find those anywhere.

A new content strategy.
A funnel template.
An ad campaign.
A launch idea.
A rebrand.
A new platform you apparently needed to join yesterday.

There is no shortage of things you could do.

Because ads cannot fix an offer nobody understands.

More traffic cannot fix a sales path that keeps losing people.

A rebrand cannot fix missing follow-up.

And posting more often cannot build an acquisition system that does not exist.

Sometimes the thing you’re trying to improve isn’t the thing that’s broken.

The harder question is:

Which one actually makes sense for the marketing system you have right now?

The Signal helps you find the difference.

Show me what I’m missing

What The Signal Is

Two women sitting together, engaging in conversation, with one wearing clear glasses and a white shirt with black stripes, and the other in a bright pink top, both smiling.

… and what it isn’t.

The Signal is a focused read of your current marketing strategy.

Your ads. Website. Content. Pricing. The messaging behind the brand. The way you sell. What you’re selling. Where feels stuck. All of it.

This is not a coaching call.

Not a brainstorming session.

Not an audit that gives you 47 things to fix and leaves you wondering which one matters first or where to invest next.

You bring me everything you know about how your marketing is currently working and

I read the system underneath it all.

Inside your

Lab report

Close-up of a hand holding a cookie above a white cup of coffee on a saucer, with a blurred background.

No generic checklist.
No 47-point action plan.
No “just post more consistently.”

You get 3 moves in the order they have to happen.

If I can see it, I’ll show you.

If the data isn’t strong enough to say yet, I’ll tell you that too.

Because “we can’t see this yet” is

still a useful finding.

You don’t leave with more ideas.
You leave with a read.

You get a personalized case report built around your marketing, your numbers and the system you already have in place.

Your report shows:

  • Your most likely revenue pattern
After 8 years of consulting, I have a Pattern Library most founders fall in. Your Case Report breaks down the underlying marketing pattern that best explains what’s happening and why.

  • Where the signal is breaking
The specific points in your marketing system where attention, leads or sales are getting lost consistently.

  • What your numbers are actually saying
Not just the metrics themselves, but what they mean in context and how to leverage them to make better decisions that will actually generate revenue.

  • What the blind spot may be costing you
Where possible, I calculate the approximate financial impact (real $$$) using your data and conservative assumptions for your industry.

  • What needs to exist next
The missing piece, mechanism or marketing infrastructure that would make the biggest difference in revenue, traffic and actual eyeballs on your business.

  • What you need to start tracking
So your next decision is made with better evidence, not another educated guess.

  • And most importantly, what to ignore.
Because almost everything is noise now-a-days, and you need to know what to table.

Let’s find what’s actually broken

How it Works.

*Demo Lab Report

Every report is different because every case is different.

01 · Book your read

Twenty minutes, free. You tell me what's going on. I tell you which room you're in, or whether it's too early to be in one at all.

02 · Give me what you know

Once you’re booked: an intake form, filled out before we meet. Your numbers, your offers, where sales have been coming from, and what you think is wrong. Takes about 20 minutes and it's the part that makes the session useful.

03 ·  I read the marketing

I look at how people are finding you, what they’re being asked to buy, how they’re moving through the sales path and where the numbers suggest the system is breaking.

Then I build your case.

04 ·  We read the findings together

Within five days, we meet virtually (or in-person if possible) and I walk you through what I found.

The Lab report is yours and includes the biggest unlock, your Priority Stack:

Three actionable moves, in order of priority. What to do first, what that unlocks, and what stays a waste of effort until the first two are done.

Your report also tells you how to know when you’ve solved this pattern, so in 90 days you can read it again and check your own work.

This Is For The Women Who... 🟣

This is for the founder who keeps asking…

Should I run ads?

Do I need a funnel?

Why are people engaging but not buying?

Is my offer the problem?

Should I change my prices?

Do I need a better website?

Do I need more leads, or am I already losing the ones I have?

Why am I marketing constantly and still unable to explain where the next sale is coming from?

Those sound like different marketing questions.

Usually, they are different versions of the same one:

Where is the system breaking?

That’s what The Signal is built to find.

Talk it through

The World looked different. The thinking didn’t.

For years, more than 100 women came through WMC before The Signal had a name. Different businesses, different problems, same job every time: find what wasn't working, name what they couldn't see, tell them what happens next.

My favourite thing was going through the worksheet and then reviewing it with Tee. It forced me to really stop, think, dig deep and stop with the surface-level fogginess. That was the catalyst for the change and clarity I needed. CLARITY, that's what this program gave me and I couldn't be more grateful for Tee's expert guidance through it all! Tee really shows up for her clients and provides the highest level of materials and information needed! “

“ I was pretty lost and I needed clarity on how to move forward from a stuck place. I could not figure out how to maneuver my way out of that place of no action after being MIA for a bit. I learnt the importance of strategy and the importance of understanding the break down of a very important framework to sales and selling in general. She's clear, cool and calm and SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. The information just flows from her and that gives me CONFIDENCE.
I love that.”

With my Target Audience analysis I can say what my unique identifiers were - I always had an idea of what I wanted them to be but you actually helped me to see what they are. The biggest thing is just the CLARITY overall, how to move forward, there were soooo many gems about my target audience and marketing overall it was incredible.

-- Opal N., Confidence Coach.
