Welcome to The Revenue Lab
Your marketing doesn't need another random guess.
It needs a robust audit with clear priorities for the next 30 days.
The truth is... maybe you need ads.
Maybe nobody understands what you’re selling & why they should care.
Maybe people are finding you and disappearing before they buy.
The real problem right now is, you’re still guessing what to fix and you’re throwing money at something that’s extremely unclear.
Before you run the ads, rebuild the website (again), change the offer, hire someone, or start another content strategy, let’s make sure you’re solving the right problem through our Revenue Lab Audits.
You don’t need another marketing idea.
*
You don’t need another marketing idea. *
You probably don’t need another marketing idea.
You can find those anywhere.
A new content strategy.
A funnel template.
An ad campaign.
A launch idea.
A rebrand.
A new platform you apparently needed to join yesterday.
There is no shortage of things you could do.
Because ads cannot fix an offer nobody understands.
More traffic cannot fix a sales path that keeps losing people.
A rebrand cannot fix missing follow-up.
And posting more often cannot build an acquisition system that does not exist.
Sometimes the thing you’re trying to improve isn’t the thing that’s broken.
The harder question is:
Which one actually makes sense for the marketing system you have right now?
The Revenue Lab audits your brand, sales funnel or revenue system to identify the issue, show you what it is costing you, and tell you what to fix first (and why).
What The Lab Is
… and what it isn’t.
The Revenue Lab is a room you enter when you’re ready to diagnose what’s broken in your marketing strategy.
Your ads. Website. Content. Pricing. The messaging behind the brand. The way you sell. What you’re selling. Where feels stuck. All of it.
This is not a coaching call.
Not a brainstorming session.
Not a basic, run-of-the-mill audit that gives you 47 things to fix and leaves you wondering which one matters first or where to invest next.
You bring me everything you know about how your marketing is currently working.
I tell you how it’s broken, where it’s broken, what to fix next and what those fixes unlock for the next 30-90 days.
Inside your
Lab report
No generic checklist.
No pile of recommendations you’ll never finish.
01 - What you came in with
You’ve probably already been turning the problem over in your head for months.
We start with what you think is happening, what you’ve tried, and what still isn’t making sense. Then we test that version against the evidence instead of assuming your first diagnosis is right.
02 - The baseline
Because “it feels slow” and “sales are down” aren’t enough to make a good decision.
We lay out what is actually happening now: channels, activity, customers, sales, traffic, offers and the numbers available to us. No interpretation yet. Just the business as it exists today.
03 - The signal
This is the part where all the scattered little problems finally turn into one intertwined, connected and readable thing you can easily digest.
We name the strongest pattern the evidence points to and explain what is actually driving what you’re seeing. Not seventeen potential issues, the actual final read.
04 - Where it’s breaking
You know something is off. This section shows you where it is physically happening.
We trace the problem into the actual business: the marketing channels, sales flow, messaging, funnel stage, missing system or decision where momentum is being lost. Every finding ties back to something we can see.
05 - The priority stack
Because knowing five things are wrong does not tell you which one to touch first.
You get the moves in order. What happens first, what becomes useful after that, and what can stay off your plate for now. The sequence is apart of the strategy.
06 - What “done” looks like
No more implementing something for three weeks and wondering whether you did it properly.
Where the recommendation requires action, we define what completion actually looks like and what evidence should start appearing when the work is taking hold.
07 - The Blind Spot & Cost Implications
Sometimes the problem isn’t what you’re losing today. It’s what you can’t currently see.
Where the data supports it, we calculate the financial impact using your numbers and conservative assumptions. Where it can’t be calculated responsibly, we tell you exactly what is missing and why that itself matters.
08 - Your guardrails
Not everything needs fixing. Some of what you’re already doing is the reason the business works at all.
Your report separates what to protect from what to change, so you don’t accidentally dismantle something valuable while trying to improve everything else.
09 - Reading your pattern
The goal isn’t for you to need WMC every time this shows up again.
We explain what the pattern is, why it happens, what it looks like from inside the business, how to know it’s actually yours, how to know it isn’t, and what would confirm it.
10 - Your next signal
You should know what to watch before you make the next decision.
Your report closes with the evidence that matters next: what to track, test or observe so the next move is based on what the market actually did, not another educated guess. The Brand Signal already uses this handoff into the next measurement window.
How it Works.
You don’t need to arrive with the answer. You just need to know something isn’t adding up.

Your actual Lab Report is much more detailed and built around your specific case, findings, priority stack, blind spots, guardrails, and next steps.
01
Choose your audit
You don’t have to diagnose yourself before you get here.
Start with the Brand Signal, Revenue Signal, or Revenue Diagnostic based on what you want examined. If you’re still between two, the quiz will route you.
02
Give us what you know
You already have more useful information than you think.
Once your audit is confirmed, your welcome email includes a structured intake form and the link to book your strategy session.
You’ll share the numbers, context, offers, channels, concerns, and whatever evidence exists now.
You do not need perfect tracking before you begin. If something can’t be seen yet, that becomes part of the finding.
We read the case together
This is where “I know something is off” starts becoming specific.
Before we meet, I review your intake and flag what stands out in your Pre-Read, a standard document that breaks down the early findings and next quick wins.
Then, during your strategy session, we walk through the business together: what you’re seeing, what the data suggests, where your assumptions may be right, and where I want to look closer.
This is not a coaching call. It is the working session that gives the report its context.
03
The Lab builds your Lab Report
Then I take the conversation out of the room and do the deeper work.
Within 24–48 hours of your strategy session, I build your personalized Lab Report around your case. Learn more about the exact Lab report here.

05
We read the findings together
You should not have to open a strategic report and figure out what it means by yourself.
Once your report is ready, we meet again virtually or, where available in Jamaica, in person. Then the report is yours to keep, execute internally, hand to your team, or use as the foundation for whatever comes next.
This Is For The Women Who...
🟣
This Is For The Women Who... 🟣
This is for the founder who keeps asking…
Should I run ads?
Do I need a funnel?
Why are people engaging but not buying?
Is my offer the problem?
Should I change my prices?
Do I need a better website?
Do I need more leads, or am I already losing the ones I have?
Why am I marketing constantly and still unable to explain where the next sale is coming from?
Those sound like different marketing questions.
Usually, they are different versions of the same one:
Where is the system breaking?
That’s what The Revenue Lab is built to find.
Hey girl hey, I’m Telika, aka Tee
I’m the strategist behind WMC and The Revenue Lab.
Over the last six years, I’ve worked with 100+ consulting clients, taught and trained 600+ people, and delivered sessions for organizations including Microsoft Canada and HEART.
Across courses, workshops, consulting and strategy work, the feedback has been remarkably consistent:
“The fog was gone and everything was crystal clear.”
That’s still my favorite part of the work.
Finding what you can’t see yet, putting language to it, and making the next move ridiculously clear.
Hence, The Revenue Lab.
I created this space, just for you.
And no, you don’t need to know what’s wrong before you step inside.
Tell us what feels off, what you’ve already tried, and where the business feels stuck. We’ll point you to the audit built for that problem.

The World looked different. The thinking didn’t.
For years, more than 100 women came through WMC before The Revenue Lab had a name. Different businesses, different problems, same job every time: find what wasn't working, name what they couldn't see, tell them what happens next.
“ My favourite thing was going through the worksheet and then reviewing it with Tee. It forced me to really stop, think, dig deep and stop with the surface-level fogginess. That was the catalyst for the change and clarity I needed. CLARITY, that's what this program gave me and I couldn't be more grateful for Tee's expert guidance through it all! Tee really shows up for her clients and provides the highest level of materials and information needed! “
-- Ashlee R., Life coach & Content creator, 2025.
“ I was pretty lost and I needed clarity on how to move forward from a stuck place. I could not figure out how to maneuver my way out of that place of no action after being MIA for a bit. I learnt the importance of strategy and the importance of understanding the break down of a very important framework to sales and selling in general. She's clear, cool and calm and SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. The information just flows from her and that gives me CONFIDENCE.
I love that.”
-- Meleika B., Owner of Donut Desires, online gourmet donut shop, 2026.
“The best value for me came from having a system to help keep me focused and make the best use of my time. And, having to think so much about my business and products through the process really helped me to refine my language around them and hone in on so much of what I want to say to clients/potential clients.”
- Cherie, Owner of Juice brand, 2024
“ With my Target Audience analysis I can say what my unique identifiers were - I always had an idea of what I wanted them to be but you actually helped me to see what they are. The biggest thing is just the CLARITY overall, how to move forward, there were soooo many gems about my target audience and marketing overall it was incredible.”
-- Opal N. 2024
“Increased traffic for the page when looking at Instagram analytics - Received 390 non-followers reviewing the profile since March 16th.”
--Caren F., Owner of Business consulting brand, 2023.
